Banana Republic short zip jacket
Yesterday, I took Ianiv on a shopping spree in downtown Vancouver, on Robson street. This is only the second time in six years he has been able to stomach a ’spree’ shopping event, otherwise he gets impatient after even one store.
Now, he did have fun. He pretends he doesn’t, but at the time he’s having a blast. Trying stuff on is never his favorite thing, but being successful in the shop does feel good. And oh were we ever successful.
Step 1 in this series of "what did Ianiv get" posts is this jacket from Banana Republic.
This modern short zip jacket comes in both regular and tall. It has a simple straight collar and front zip, is fully lined, has two exterior zip pockets (when closed has a more polished look), and has an interior pocket as well.
The jacket is polyester, and hard to match in style. It’s soft to the touch and look and fits straight and comfortable. It has a tailored shoulder, which works well for my slightly built husband. As a bonus, Banana Republic will hem the length or arms at no cost when purchased at regular price. So, we had the arms taken up a good two inches, and it will be his nicest and best fitting jacket ever!
