The best makeover. Ever. The title of the post for Patrick Dempsey is "Because this man is sex" - think on that when you go for your next makeover ;)

Why he looks good now:

amazing amazing hair - the gentle sweep of a very thick head of hair, tamed out of curls
nicely defined and plucked brows (oh yes)
lower sideburns
self tanner. big difference.
perfect teeth - although it’s all in the dental work if you see the before/after shots
there might have been a nose job - what do you think?
moustaches are so not in. really. it’s either a groomed scruff or nothing at all.
