Penn Badgley & Ed Westwick : To Scarf Or Not To Scarf

Here are the hunks from CW Hit Gossip Girl. Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards Arrivals. While Penn Badgley opted for a tan brown casual dress shirt & black jeans, Ed Westwick on the other hand accessorized his blue unbuttoned shirt with a scarf. Penn’s attire could as easily be seen from anybody on the street. A really nice casual wear. Ed’s on the other hand has a touch of a magazine or runway look. It’s like a stylist got a hold of him and decided to put the scarf on his neck. Maybe it was his own doing but it looked more like he’s ready for a photo shoot meant for a layout on GQ magazine or something. NICE! :)
