Sale at Dr. Martens
After introducing you to my husband’s Dr. Marten’s boots, how about buying a pair(or 2) for yourself?. The online store is having a major sale right now. Having been a witness to how expensive yet worthy Dr. Martens shoes are, trust me, the prices are awesome deals.
I would love to buy my husband the Black Fine Haircell boots. The skull detail on the side heel matches his rock’n'roll personality.

I had a pair of Dr. Martens oxfords from 8th grade (roughly 1994) until this spring. They were still fairly good although one sole had a small crack in the side. I was just tired of wearing them and donated to the local thrift store. I’m sure someone else will get 10 more years of wear out of them.
And I have to agree with you, that detail on the boots is really great. Not too over the top but just edgy enough!

Heh - I grew up just down the road from the Dr. Martens factories in a little village in england. We used to get so many freebies that they became the staple shoe in our area! In fact, because everyone had them it was cooler not to!
I find it really strange seeing sites and folks all over the world seeing them as edgy and fashionable!!!
I could def never see myself paying for a pair!
I guess it just goes to show how perception and association is so important for clothing companies…

wow, that long. Dr. Marten’s is a really good quality.
yeah I love that pair of boots. my hubby would surely agree.
