Two-sided graphic tees
Rant #2 for the day. I love graphic tees. You know this. The archives are chock full of them. Thing is, I don’t really like two-sided graphic tees.
By this I mean, I like a graphic tee that is a good quality shirt with a cool design on the front like this:

But I don’t want to see the back like this:

Calvin Klein, you didn’t hit a home run on this shirt, I’m sorry to say. What’s with the frickin’ giant graphics!?
Ok, stick a small thing in a corner of the shirt bottom or the shoulder. That I can live with. But don’t take an oh-so-appealing subtle front-shirt design and ruin it with a huge splash of graphics on the back.
This ruined my excitement on many a shirt today. That and the fact that there seems to be a theme for animal skulls, snakes and knives in this season’s graphics. Ick.

Much agreed here–less is definitely more! Makes me nostalgic for the minimalism of the 90s.
