Yay or Nay : Evisu Genes Denim Jeans
I’m sorry but who in their right mind would wear a pair of denim jeans with a white and red paint on their ass? Hey let’s not sugar coat it here please. There’s no doubt about it, this Evisu Genes Double Color Daicock Selvedge Jeans looks like crap. Not only would you look totally desperate because you let this kind of graffiti be imprinted on your backside just so people would pay attention to you, you’d be an idiot to pay $196 for a crappy jeans like this. Oh that’s the sale price by the way. Hey, just telling it like it is.
Big Fat NAY, that’s for sure. This denim design is just asking for a major spanking, heh.
Now this is totally different. The Japanese calligraphy on the pockets are not bad. This I could live with. I(and others) wouldn’t be laughing at your expense if I see you wearing this pair of jeans from the same designer. This kind of subtle graphic detail is more classy and doesn’t look totally desperate at all. If you’re willing to pay the sale price of $156 for a pair of denim jeans with a paint graphic on the be’-hind, might as well go for this one.
Oh Yeah, it’s a YAY :) .

Sometimes a premium brand steps out with a bold statement that all the haters, you know who you are, lock on and hate. I have diacock painted Evisu Genes and love them for the high end quality they are. Its like my Twin Turbo Supra with that funny wing on the back. You can hate that car for the funky factory wing. I still love it. Stop hating, it makes you look like an insecure fool.

justsomeguy, everyone has insecurities, some are worse than others. even high-paid models admit to being insecure about something. being insecure makes us humans. we’d rather be insecure than look like Desperate-wannabes looking for attention and being called a fool for paying such amount of money for jeans that has a bad paint job on the back pockets all the way to the knees. I own three pairs and im currently saving for my 4th pair. i know their expensive but they are such high quality jeans. Evisu says their hand made now i dont know about that but they are high quality. They fit beautifully, they are baggy but dont look like MC Hammer pants. As for the design’s yeah they are attention seeking, i love the thought of people watching my ass as im walking around. They feel like cardboard and your not allowed to wash them for 6 months. I payed £160 for each pair btw

Hi, i own 2 pairs of evisu jeans and i love them. Best jeans i have and i have a very wide range. I am quite taken aback of how much hatred you can have for a pair of jeans. There are other opinions than yours you know. They cant be that ugly as they wouldnt sell any. Also alot of high profile celebrities wear evisu jeans. Hell, Young Jeezy even rapped “bury me in some Evisu jeans”. I think you should stop hating. The jeans havent done anything to you. Either your so pissed of that you cant afford them or you just want to criticise something popular as you know you will get a response?

No disrespect intended, but it don’t matter if Jeezy or any other celebrity/rapper/whoever wears Evisu. Evisu is without a doubt one of the best jeans company in the world. I have 5 pairs of Evisu Genes, 4 of them are Daicock jeans (the ones like the red/white painted Daicocks pictured above). I don’t know about lookin like an idiot, but girls definitely compliment me about my Evisu’s, especially with my matching Lacoste shirt Air Forces, and New Era fitted. And anyone who buys any premium jeans, True Religion, Rock and Republic, Antik, and 7FAM, in some way or another, is doing it for attention because they would like people to know that they paid $100+ for em…nobody can disagree because no one that humble would buy $100+ jeans.

Umm Mr. “Evisu All Day” - you’re completely wrong. I have $100+ jeans with absolutely no branding on them. You wouldn’t know where they are from unless you asked.
Not all of us go for the toddler look.
